Рашид Зейнатуллаевич Ахмедов (Карацев) (13 марта 1956 года, Баку) — советский азербайджанский хореограф, балетовед, танцовщик, педагог.

Многие поклонники танцевального искусства знают, что Рашид Ахмедов опубликовал в республиканской прессе («Баку» и «Вышка», «Бакинский рабочий» и «Молодежь Азербайджана» и др.) более 100 статей – творческих портретов мастеров национального балета, рецензий на спектакли Азгостеатра оперы и балета и выпускные концерты Бакинского хореографического училища.

Активно и плодотворно хореограф трудится и в качестве педагога: в разные годы на его творческом счету значатся ежедневный класс солистов и артистов балета Театра музыкальной комедии, репетиции текущего репертуар Оперной студии, а также он периодически открывает и самостоятельно проводит курсы профессионального мастерства артистов балета и начинающих танцоров.

В этих вещах, помимо взрослых исполнителей, стали проявлять себя также воспитанники старших классов хореографического училища.  Впоследствии, в связи с себе одноименную фирму для финансовой поддержки своих пилотных проектов и самобытных замыслов. Сам же Рашид Ахмедов приобрел официальный статус директора, к тому же, подтвердив его дипломом менеджера. В тот период постановочная база и офис компании время от времени перемещались в разные съёмные помещения.

Возник солидный «институт» спонсоров – от посольств нескольких государств до внушительного ряда нефтяных компаний и фондов, выдававших коллективу гранты на проведение его спектаклей. И с этих пор Камерный балет Баку определился в ранге NGO – неправительственной организации, в которой нет постоянного штата сотрудников, а все ее участники работают здесь волонтерами, то есть безвозмездно.

«Терпсихора» не занимается бизнесом, а выполняет благотворительные, гуманитарные программы, связанные с эстетическим воспитанием подрастающего поколения.

Все постановки этого общественного театра-студии постоянно осуществляет его учредитель и неизменный артистический директор Рашид Ахмедов, и воплощаются они по его же оригинальным драматургическим разработкам на музыку, никогда не звучавшую на отечественной балетной сцене. Они, отражая кредо хореографа, базируются на сочинениях выдающихся композиторов ХХ века.

Зачастую, отдавая дань названию труппы и количеству участников ее премьер, Рашид Ахмедов предпочитает выбирать камерные произведения замечательных авторов. Выступления и презентации компании обычно проходят на сцене Оперной студии или Театра Юного Зрителя при участии сборного состава исполнителей: нигде не работающих профессионалов и. как правило, студентов школы балета.

Произведения этой экспериментальной мастерской нашли широкое отражение в газетных и журнальных рецензиях, в телевизионных и радиовещательных программах, творческих вечерах и конференциях.

За время существования организации здесь выросло не одно поколение молодых и начинающих танцовщиков, которые благодаря Камерному балету Баку сумели веско заявить о себе, выявить свой творческий потенциал. С самого своего истока студия «Терпсихора» была «трибуной» молодых и для молодежи. И сегодня, спустя более 20-ти лет, театр продолжает инициативно трудиться, создавая новые спектакли и выращивая свежие исполнительские силы на ниве балетного искусства Азербайджанской Республики.

«ПРЕАМБУЛА

Звери на прогулке обсуждают сенсационную весть: прибывает новый царь. Каким-то он будет? Какой станет их жизнь?

Внезапно появившийся Лев свирепо разевает пасть. Животные в страхе разбегаются.

Пролетает Лебедь, и на мгновение в деспоте пробуждается романтик.

«ФАНФАРЫ».

Разосланы гонцы и скороходы,

Зовут гостей: Зверей

И малой, и большой породы».

            

Глашатаи сзывают на венчание Льва всех подданных лесного царства. Тем временем придворные музыканты готовятся к праздничному выступлению. И вот, новоявленный правитель усаживается на трон.

«СОЛОВЕЙ» и «КВАРТЕТ».

«Тут Соловей являть свое искусство стал…»

«Проказница Мартышка…

Лебедь, Рак да Щука задумали сыграть Квартет…

Да Лебедь рвётся в облака,

Рак пятится назад,

А Щука тянет в воду…»

 

Приглашенный певец – Соловей и квартет местных оркестрантов пытаются развлечь повелителя. Но концерт от волнения не удался: квартет играет вяло, а Соловей поет уныло. Вердикт верховного цензора уничтожающ: исполнители никчемны, их следует прогнать со двора.

«ПИР У ЛЬВА».

«В голодный год, чтобы утешить мир

Затеял Лев богатый пир».

 

Спляшем для царя, – решают артисты, и они лихо проносятся в тарантелле. Государь доволен: сначала он аплодирует, а потом даже лично принимает участие в карнавале.

БЕСТИАРИЙ – ИМПЕРИЯ ЛЬВА

«Когда вселенную Всевышний населял –

Он заводил различных тварей племя…

И на совет зверей сзывает Лев.

Зверюшкам стало не угодно

Правление народно…

Им царь был дан – осиновый чурбан.

В три дня наскучило с таким царём житьё…»

 

Лев, знакомясь со своими владениями, наблюдает за поведением зверей, как в зоопарке. Животные стараются, пыхтят, хотят ему понравиться, и некоторым это удается. И тут Лев, устав от лести и массы впечатлений, становится послушным, как домашнее ручное существо. Подобный поворот событий зверюшкам очень кстати, вот такой владыка им и нужен.

Льву особенно понравилось в птичнике, где он, вторя веселому чириканью пернатых, заигрался, словно полоумный ребенок. Все стороны довольны друг другом.

Но вот появляется Лебедь. Лев внезапно понимает, что с ним происходит что-то неладное: он пытается осознать ситуацию, как-то повлиять на нее. Но поздно, – животные несутся в лихом галопе, сметая все на своем пути, и попутно даже свергают с престола незадачливого царя. Власть узурпирована. И лишь Лебедь склоняется в сочувствии над бывшим владыкой.
